Leadership Mentor and Coach

Description: Riverside Learning is looking for seasoned school administrators to join our mentors/coaches pool for up-and-coming school and district leaders. Our mentors/coaches support school leaders by sharing their professional experiences, provide feedback, and are available to talk leaders through challenging situations. Applicants who are accepted will remain in our pool for approximately one year and will be contacted if and when needed to serve as a mentor/coach. We are looking for leaders with the following experiences:

  • Current/Former Superintendent of Schools/Assistant Superintendent

  • Current/Former Curriculum Director

  • Current/Former School Business Administrator

  • Current/Former Technology/Digital Learning Director

  • Current/Former Special Education/Student Services Director

  • Current/Former High/Middle/Elementary Principal

Requirements: Current or former school/district administrator.

Compensation: Determined based on scope of project.

Content Area Professional Development Consultants

Description: Riverside Learning is looking for Massachusetts/Rhode Island certified educators to be part of our Professional Development Consultant Pool. These content area experts will be available to provide on-site or virtual professional development to school districts in need of consultation.

Requirements: Current or former educator with masters degree or higher.

Compensation: Determined based on scope of project.
